POWA Spring Conference 2010

The POWA
Spring Conference will be held Wednesday, May 19 through Saturday, May
22 in Wellsboro, PA, located in Tioga County. Member Don
Knaus is serving as chairperson for the conference, the first to extend
for four days. The lineup of
activities is still being planned, but the following are just a sampling
of what is in store:

Pine Creek

fishing in the “deep woods”

hunting in secret spots

Guided nature

at one of seven lakes in the county

the PA Grand Canyon on the Rail to Trail

discounted per bird cost

Four-hour
horseback tour in deep woods

Visits and
guided tours of the Northern Appalachian Fish Research
Laboratory and the Pennsylvania Lumber Museum
There
will be a number of activities for spouses and other guests who attend
the conference.
